A Sacred Space to Reconnect with the Love Within

About the Event:
Her Healing Circle is an intimate, heartfelt, and transformative gathering led by Amar Ishprit Kaur with the blessed accompaniment of healer Laura Flowers. In this circle we invite you to embark on a healing journey with us that expands your heart space, strengthens your self-love, and connects you more deeply with the love all around you. Through grounding practices and gentle healing, you’ll leave feeling more connected to your heart, empowered in your self-love, and deeply in tune with the beauty and love that surrounds you.
In this circle, you’ll be gently guided through a 70 minute experience inclusive of:
Heart-Opening Movements & Stretches: Soft, flowing movements that activate your heart space, helping to release tension and welcome warmth and love.
A guided Inner Child Healing Meditation: A peaceful and loving meditation with an intention to centre your energy, to embrace and heal your inner child, allowing you to offer yourself the nurturing love you deserve.
Sound Bowl Healing:The soothing vibrations of sound bowls, bringing balance and calm, releasing any blockages to your heart’s flow.
Reiki Energy Healing: With the accompaniment of healer Laura Flowers, you will receive a gentle flow of Reiki energy to restore peace and harmony within your body and soul
This is a safe space for sisters, all are truly welcome and loved here. We leave our labels and titles at the door and enter into a space of loving and compassionate spiritual beings navigating this incredible human experience.

We are blessed to hold our healing circle in a beautiful and fully equipped yoga studio. Yoga mats, bolsters, blankets will be provided.
What to wear:
- anything you’re comfortable and cozy in!

New Moon Healing Circle (Virtual)
Join us in community as we learn how to work with moon energy, hold a sacred space to meditate, set intentions, journal, and share our soul songs through conversation and sisterhood.
During our time together you will lean into your divine feminine energy by allowing yourself to relax and be vulnerable whilst receiving unconditional love and feeling held in a non-judgmental community.
As your ceremonialist I will provide you with a monthly new moon journal prompt and then take you on a guided meditation journey to connect deeply with your inner knowingness. As we slow down the waves of our mind you will gain clarity from the still waters of your vessel.
We then share through conversation in sacred community - a powerful time of transactions and energy transference as everyone present is a unique and potent portal of the divine.
We then wrap up our sacred time together by setting intentions until the next moon cycle is complete in her fullness.
To ensure all sisters receive equal time to share and take part in powerful conversation, spaces are limited ☾☼ (Only 10 Spaces Total)

-There is a parking lot with free public parking available.
-Please be sure to arrive on time. Doors will open 15 minutes before start time. To preserve the sanctity of the space, doors will be locked at the scheduled start time.

In this Winter Solstice Circle we follow nature’s lead in honoring and embodying the energy of Winter. A time for us all - to rest, reflect, and turn inwards. A potent time to plant seeds of intention which will eventually bud and blossom through conscious gardening of the mind, body, soul and spirit.

During this healing circle, we will gather together to open the heart space, connect inward, and explore our individual and unique spiritual journeys.
